Prof. Frank Rosinia obtained his doctor of medicine from Louisiana State University in 1983. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and completed a fellowship in Obstetric
Anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a Master in Health Care Management from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Frank has experience with multiple leadership roles in academic medical centers, co-founding a large anesthesia management company that employed over 300 providers. He was an Executive Vice President, Chief Quality Officer in a large health system. Other leadership roles include Department Chair, and a board member in several organizations.
Currently, Frank is a Professor of Practice at the University of Texas San Antonio Alvarez College of Business in the Department of Management and the Principal of Pascal Leadership Coaching, LLC. Frank is enrolled at the Oblate School of Theology in the Masters of Arts for Scared Scripture. Prof. Rosinia has participated in the Solidarity Medical Mission sponsored by the APF in July, 2024.
