The field of geriatric oncology and co-management continues to grow worldwide. A geriatrician at Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva, Dr. Lisa Cooper is embarking on a fellowship in geriatric medicine with an emphasis on co-management of surgical and oncology elderly patients at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, with the help of an APF fellowship grant. She will take her newly acquired knowledge back to Israel when she returns with her husband and their three children.
