Dr. Gete will complete a research and clinical fellowship in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Toronto. Shaare Zedek Medical Center recently received approval to open a radiotherapy oncology institute. This will increase the hospital’s number of oncology patients as well as the complexity of cases. Maru hopes to use his newfound expertise to support work at the institute.
