Dr. Michael Mimouni is taking part in a two-year fellowship in the study of the Cornea, External Eye Disease and Refractive Surgery at Toronto Western Hospital, affiliated with the University of Toronto. Upon his return to Israel, he is planning to expand the range of treatment modalities available to the underserved population of Northern Israel.
